This properties features a large living area, a bonus den downstairs off the pool table/game room, 3 king suites (2 Eastern King, 1 Cal King), a Queen Room (2 Queen beds), a Full room (with two double beds), and two futons! Linens will be provided with your stay. 

Enjoy relaxing, or outdoor entertaining off one of the two fantastic decks this home has to offer. One is located off the main level kitchen area, with an outdoor furniture - including a dining table that seats 8 and a gas BBQ, the second deck is located down stairs off the game room. Both decks overlook the wonderful back yard that leads right to the private dock. 

Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is5-7 minutes from Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, shops, and there are several places you can rent boats, jet skis, and kayaks.
