The 4th bedroom and bath have a separate entrance downstairs. Kitchen is equipped with double oven, microwave, dishwasher and trash compactor.

A large screened porch faces the lake. Home has Cable TV and DVD player plus wireless internet throughout the house

Outside, a large 2-level, tree-surrounded deck extends over the high waterline with a pier leading to your private boat dock.
Pets are welcome.

This home does not have A/C but does have an evaporated cooler (swamp cooler).

This home does not come with Linens or bath towels, you are responsible for bringing them.  We can provide linens and bath towels for an additional cost.  Please contact us for a quote on our linen package.
