The amenities include large deck, cable TV, radio/stereo, fireplace, wall air conditioner, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, charcoal BBQ, fenced yard, good parking in front and back books and games. This is an all seasons rental, weekly during the summer and 2 night minimums off season with 3 day minimums on holidays.
